About this page
This page presents the Basic Survey on Consumer Life conducted by the Consumer Affairs Agency. The survey aims to understand consumer awareness, behavior in daily consumption, and experiences with consumer accidents and troubles to identify current consumer issues and policy needs. Results from FY2024 through FY2019 are available, with detailed reports, questionnaires, and aggregated data accessible in PDF or Excel formats. Each fiscal year's survey was conducted in November and released the following June.
