This page announces an administrative order issued by the Consumer Affairs Agency on May 30, 2024, against Naha Chokusou Center Co., Ltd. Based on investigations by the Consumer Affairs Agency and the Cabinet Office Okinawa General Affairs Bureau, the company's advertising for funeral services called "Chokusou Plan" or "Cremation Plan" was found to violate the Unfair Competition Prevention Act (Article 5, Paragraph 2: misleading consumers). The order was issued under Article 7, Paragraph 1 of the Act.
