This page announces administrative measures taken by the Consumer Affairs Agency against two door-to-door sales companies: NKG Co., Ltd. and Noda Kensetsu Co., Ltd., based on the Specified Commercial Transaction Act. Both companies, which provide roofing and exterior wall painting services, were ordered to suspend solicitation, application acceptance, and contract conclusion activities for 15 months from September 22, 2023. Additionally, the representative director and executive director of NKG were prohibited from engaging in these businesses during the same period. Noda Kensetsu had previously received similar sanctions for similar violations.
