The suspects allegedly impersonated police officers in 2022, stealing cash cards from victims in Japan and defrauding them of money. The five were transferred from the Philippines by aircraft and arrived at Narita Airport. Fukuoka Prefecture Police are investigating their connection to a criminal organization called "JP Dragon." Arrest warrants had already been issued in Japan.
