This page reports the arrest of a 35-year-old unemployed man from Miyazaki Prefecture on suspicion of abandoning a woman's body in the mountains of Nagano Prefecture on March 24. The suspect has confessed and hinted at the woman's murder. A missing persons report was filed for both the suspect and his mother on March 27. He was discovered on April 5 and informed police that he abandoned the body in Nagano. The body was found at the location he specified. Police are investigating the case.
