This page is a tribute to Seiji Nakamura (hal), Japan's oldest eroge game developer, who recently passed away. Born in 1941, he founded Lost Script, an eroge brand, after turning 60, and continued playing PC games into his 80s. The author met him in 2021 through a YouTube project and began visiting him regularly. Despite his age, Nakamura remained sharp-minded and passionate about gaming, particularly the Rance series. Many people admired his dedication to gaming throughout his life, though Nakamura found such admiration puzzling, viewing lifelong gaming as natural rather than exceptional.
