This page announces the results of the 47th Building Environmental Sanitation Management Technician Examination released by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare on October 30, 2017. The examination was held on October 1, 2017, across six cities: Sapporo, Sendai, Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, and Fukuoka. A total of 10,209 candidates took the exam, with 1,387 passing (13.6% pass rate). The technician credential is a national qualification for supervising environmental sanitation in large-scale buildings such as department stores, offices, and schools.
