The restrictions were lifted for Japanese shiitake mushrooms (outdoor cultivation) from Kami Town, Miyagi Prefecture, managed under the prefectural plan, and bamboo shoots from Tokai Village, Ibaraki Prefecture. These products met safety standards in radiation contamination tests, allowing their shipments to resume.
