Twelve products with 26 items were found to be manufactured using methods different from those approved, including unapproved heparin addition, different additive quantities, and altered manufacturing processes. While serious health risks are considered low, the ministry has halted shipments and instructed the institute to apply for approval modifications. For six products with no alternatives, shipments are exceptionally permitted after safety confirmation.
