This page describes the Digital Agency established on September 1, 2021. Created to address digital transformation challenges in government and administration revealed during the COVID-19 response, it serves as the command center for forming a digital society. The organization comprises four groups: Strategy and Organization, Digital Society Common Functions, Citizen-Oriented Services, and Government Business Services. Government personnel and private specialists collaborate together, with job rotation enabling broader perspectives and specialized expertise. Under shared Mission, Vision, and Values, the agency coordinates with various stakeholders to ensure all citizens benefit from digital transformation.
