This page describes the Digital Reform Co-creation Platform operated by the Digital Agency. It is a Slack-based communication tool where local government and government agency staff can freely participate. LGWAN support began in March 2023. As of October 2025, approximately 12,500 people from 1,495 local governments and 2,200 people from 39 government agencies participate. The platform features around 140 channels organized by policy and region. It enables free posting, information sharing, and policy participation, creating a flat and open communication environment for exchanging ideas and addressing concerns between local and national governments.
