Horizontal development of the results of the identification of analog regulations by local governments｜Digital Agency

This page describes the Digital Agency's horizontal development project on analog regulations. The project aims to reduce the burden on local governments in identifying provisions that may fall under analog regulations by using keyword searches. The Digital Agency procured a business operator who prepared a list of potentially applicable provisions. Subsequently, contractors examined base laws and regulations for listed provisions and determined whether each qualifies as an analog regulation. For applicable provisions, they reviewed the "Review of Regulations" column and compiled results in a format consistent with the national schedule.
