This page presents reports, interim reports, and evaluation documents published by the Consumer Safety Investigation Commission of Japan's Consumer Affairs Agency. The Commission conducts investigations into consumer accidents involving deaths or injuries when determining that cause investigation is necessary, and evaluates investigations by other agencies from a consumer safety perspective. Currently, multiple incidents including ski lift accidents, crowd incidents at music events, and child falls are under investigation, while completed reports on wooden maze accidents, HIFU treatments, and magnet ingestion incidents are available.
