This page presents the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications' survey results on the promotion of administrative digitalization in local governments. From fiscal year 2021, it was renamed from "Local Government Information Management Overview" to "Local Government DX and Informatization Promotion Overview." Survey results from fiscal year 2024 through 2019 are posted, with data collected as of April 1 each year. The survey covers organizational systems such as CIO (Chief Information Officer) and CISO appointments, staff development initiatives, geographic information system adoption, and information security measures. Materials are provided as ZIP files containing summary and individual documents.
