This page describes the Insider Trading Regulation Seminar offered by Japan Exchange Group's Self-Regulatory Organization. The seminars support listed companies' executives and employees in preventing insider trading violations. Two courses are available: a "Basic Course" for beginners covering regulatory overview and case studies, and a "Practical Course" for compliance staff addressing internal management issues. Seminars are held regularly at the Tokyo and Osaka exchanges and other locations nationwide. Participation is free. Applications are accepted starting two months before each seminar date.
