This page describes the delisting criteria for venture funds (investment securities) established by Japan Exchange Group under Securities Exchange Regulation Article 1318. Venture funds are delisted if the issuing investment corporation experiences statutory dissolution, bankruptcy proceedings, or if the asset management company loses required licenses or ceases being a fund member. Regarding securities, delisting occurs if the unquoted stock investment ratio falls below 50% and fails to recover within one year, if outstanding units fall below 2,000, annual trading volume is below 60 units, or financial reports are delayed.
