This page reports on consumption tax transfer measures undertaken by the Fair Trade Commission in the Kinki region during fiscal year 2019. The Commission works to prevent and address unfair practices that hinder smooth tax transfer. The Kinki Office conducted 128 guidance measures in fiscal 2019. Manufacturing was the most common industry subject to measures with 37 cases, followed by construction with 18 cases. Cumulatively, 3,159 measures have been taken nationwide, with 477 in the Kinki region.
