This document announces that Grandis Co., Ltd. has decided to establish a new shareholder benefit program starting from December 2024. The purpose of this program is to express gratitude to shareholders, deepen their understanding of the company's business, and enhance the attractiveness of investing in the company's stock. Eligible shareholders are those listed in the shareholder registry with a minimum of 500 shares as of June 30 and December 31 each year. The benefit consists of a QUO card worth 30,000 yen, distributed twice a year within three months after the record date.
