This page presents the Digital Agency's policy on electronic Powers of Attorney (POA). Based on the "Act on Promotion of Circulating Electronic Powers of Attorney" enforced from January 1, 2019, the Digital Agency promotes the adoption of electronic POAs, which are electromagnetic records showing that corporate representatives have delegated authority to employees. As the responsible ministry, the Digital Agency provides national certifications for electronic POA handling businesses meeting certain standards and disseminates guidelines for promoting electronic POA adoption. The page explains efforts to facilitate smooth circulation of electronic POAs.
