A public fund receipt account is a system where the designated refund account can also be registered as a public fund receipt account. Registration is available for refund applications and amendment requests from fiscal year 2023 onwards, requiring My Number notation and identity verification. Registration is not permitted for other types of filings or amended filings. If already registered, the account will be updated if the application is complete.
