This page explains Digital Agency's information disclosure system based on Japan's Administrative Information Disclosure Law. Any person can request disclosure of administrative documents held by the Digital Agency. The information disclosure office is located in Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo, and inquiries can be made by phone or email. Disclosure requests are accepted at the office or by mail, with a 300 yen fee per request. Decisions on disclosure or non-disclosure are made within 30 days. Separate implementation fees apply upon disclosure, but the first 300 yen per document is free. Application forms and review criteria are available for download.
