This page announces that Japan's Consumer Affairs Agency has issued an administrative order against Japanet Takata Corporation for violating the Unfair Competition Prevention Act (Act against Unfair competition, etc.). The violation concerns the labeling of a product called "【2025】Special Large Japanese and Western Osechi Bento." Following investigations by the Consumer Affairs Agency and the Fair Trade Commission, misleading advantage representations were found in violation of the Act's Article 5(2).
