Cumulative values represent totals up to a specified date, accounting for deaths and cancellations. Card holdings indicate currently held cards after deductions for expired or canceled cards. Application numbers count only valid applications. Holdings rate is calculated by dividing holdings by population. Health insurance registration rates divide registered numbers by card holdings. Public fund account registration rates similarly divide registered accounts by card holdings. All metrics consider valid registrations after accounting for deletions.

Cumulative values represent the total as of a specified date, accounting for decreases due to death or loss. Monthly aggregation is based on calendar months. Card holdings exclude invalid cards from issuance. Application counts include only valid applications, excluding those with document errors or withdrawn applications. Possession rates are calculated by dividing holdings by population. Health insurance registration and public fund account registration are similarly defined with valid counts and registration rates.
