(sold from 1988 to 1996), causing clothing to become entangled. Five similar accidents have previously occurred with this product. Users are urged to immediately stop using the device and contact the manufacturer (toll-free: 0120-01-2251). The page warns that household electric massagers must never be used with covers removed or damaged.
