This page presents the 874th report on radioactive material test results in food released by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare on April 25, 2014, following the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear accident. Test results from 19 municipalities nationwide are reported, with 5 cases exceeding safety standards: two samples of Fatsia shoots from Miyagi, one of bracken from Fukushima, and two wild vegetables from Tochigi. Tests were conducted by municipalities, Fukushima Prefecture, and the National Institute of Health Sciences, with detailed cesium concentration measurements provided.
