フジッコ株式会社「いただきます読本」食育授業調査結果
This document reports the results of a survey conducted on elementary school students after lessons using the food education material 'Itadakimasu Reader' produced by Fujicco Co., Ltd. The survey involved 1,741 students from 19 schools, revealing that 88% of students expressed a desire to eat and learn more about 'washoku' (Japanese cuisine), while 72% showed interest in 'beans' and 76% in 'kombu'. This indicates that food education lessons significantly enhance children's interest in traditional Japanese foods. Fujicco plans to continue its food education activities to promote the preservation of washoku culture and healthy eating habits.
