This document is the financial results report for the second quarter of the fiscal year ending February 2018 for Adastria Co., Ltd. The consolidated sales increased by 10.3% year-on-year to 107.793 billion yen, while the net profit attributable to shareholders rose by 3.9% to 5.037 billion yen. However, both operating profit and ordinary profit saw significant declines of 49.9% and 48.5%, respectively. EBITDA also decreased by 27.7% year-on-year to 8.601 billion yen. Domestic sales increased by 4.4%, contributing to the overall growth in consolidated sales, aided by brand business succession and the consolidation of the U.S. subsidiary.
