This document presents the first quarter financial results for the fiscal year ending December 2025 of NJS Corporation. For the period from January 1 to March 31, 2025, the consolidated results show sales of 8,848 million yen, operating profit of 3,263 million yen, ordinary profit of 3,278 million yen, and net profit attributable to shareholders of 2,261 million yen, representing increases of 5.9%, 20.6%, 18.6%, and 23.9% respectively compared to the same period last year. The consolidated order intake reached 3,826 million yen, up 47.1% year-on-year. Growth was observed in both domestic and international operations, with a particular focus on aging infrastructure and disaster resilience initiatives in domestic operations.
