Vibrio parahaemolyticus was detected in boiled crabs from Thailand manufactured by TIPWANCHAI SEAFOODS CO., LTD. The ministry implemented mandatory inspection orders under the Food Sanitation Act. Two violation cases were reported: 10.38 tons imported by Asahi Kyohan Co., Ltd., and 0.25 tons by Ocean Choice International. All shipments were either returned to the exporting country or kept in storage.
