This page describes the Food Labeling Recall and Violation Information Site operated by the Consumer Affairs Agency. Following amendments to the Food Sanitation Law and Food Labeling Law effective June 1, 2021, the site was launched to provide recall information. Consumers can search for voluntary recall reports through the Food Recall Public Recovery Case Search. Food business operators can submit voluntary recall reports using the Food Sanitation Application System, or via mail or email if unable to access the system.
