滝沢ハム株式会社 役員報酬の減額に関するお知らせ

This document is a notification from Takizawa Ham Co., Ltd. regarding the reduction of executive compensation, issued on May 8, 2020. The board of directors decided to forgo the year-end dividend for the fiscal year ending March 2020, and to clarify management responsibility, it was resolved to reduce executive compensation. Specifically, the monthly salary for the representative director will be reduced by 25%, for the senior managing director by 15%, for the managing director by 10%, for the full-time auditor by 5%, and for executive officers by 10%. The reduction will be effective for three months, from May to July 2020.
