This page introduces the Nara Administrative Monitoring and Citizens' Complaint Counseling Center under the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications. The center aims to realize fair, transparent, and efficient government by monitoring and improving national administration in the region. It handles administrative issue analysis and citizen complaint counseling, as well as consultations regarding policy evaluation, information disclosure, and administrative procedures. The citizens' complaint counseling service is nicknamed "Kikimimi" with a mascot called "Kikoon." The center was reorganized from the Nara Administrative Evaluation Office in October 2017.
