生産設備データ標準化コンソーシアム設立のお知らせ

This document announces the establishment of the 'Production Equipment Data Standardization Consortium' in July 2025, led by Ajinomoto Co., Inc. and several food-related companies. The consortium aims to standardize data from production equipment in the food manufacturing industry to promote manufacturing DX. By focusing on the packaging process and basing standards on internationally recognized specifications, the consortium seeks to facilitate data utilization for small and medium-sized enterprises at low costs, thereby improving productivity and quality. Collaboration with relevant government agencies, such as the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, is also planned to enhance the overall competitiveness of the industry.
