This page reports the Fair Trade Commission's enforcement of the Subcontracting Act in the Kinki region during fiscal year 2019. Document surveys were conducted on 11,000 parent businesses and 56,500 subcontracting businesses. A total of 1,395 violation cases were handled: 1 recommendation and 1,394 administrative guidance. Violations included 1,200 procedural breaches and 1,146 substantive breaches, with delayed payments (515 cases), price reductions (200 cases), and unfair purchasing practices (143 cases) being primary offenses. The Commission conducted 10 basic seminars, 10 promotional lecture sessions across 7 prefectures, and 7 mobile consultation sessions to promote awareness of the Subcontracting Act.
