This page describes the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications' Information Disclosure and Administrative Procedures Information Center. Established nationwide to ensure smooth implementation of the Information Disclosure Act, the center provides guidance on disclosure request procedures, administrative appeal procedures under the Administrative Appeal Act, and administrative procedure systems. While individual cases cannot be answered, inquiries about procedures and systems can be directed to the nearest center.
