This document announces that MarketEnterprise Co., Ltd. has resolved to introduce a shareholder benefit program on May 14, 2024. The purpose of the program is to achieve sustainable growth and enhance corporate value by increasing the attractiveness of investing in its shares and expanding the shareholder base. Eligible shareholders are those holding 100 or more shares as of the record date at the end of June each year. The benefit includes a QUO card worth 500 yen, which will be enclosed with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and sent in early September.
