株式会社極洋 役員の異動に関するお知らせ（2026年2月20日）

This document announces executive personnel changes at Kyokuyo Co., Ltd., resolved at the Board of Directors meeting held on February 20, 2026. Effective June 24, 2026, Hitoshi Higaki will be promoted from Senior Executive Officer to Senior Managing Director overseeing Administration Division. Three additional promotions to Senior Executive Officer are announced: Keizo Yamaguchi (Fresh Business Division), Masaki Miyama (Food and Marine Products Processing Divisions), and Masahiko Oda (Operations Division). Makoto Ishihara will become a new Director. Shuuichi Kiyama, the current Senior Managing Director, will retire. Final approval is pending at the 103rd Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
