This page describes the first meeting of the "Technology-Based Regulatory Reform Promotion Committee" held on December 7, 2023, by Japan's Digital Agency. The committee was reorganized from the Digital Reform Council under the new Digital System Reform Review Council, with Hiroshi Esaki as chair.
