This document outlines the sustainability management initiatives of Hakuhodo DY Group. Under the supervision of the Board of Directors, the Group Sustainability Committee manages the progress of materiality and promotes specific measures. In September 2024, a review of important issues was conducted based on the global purpose and new mid-term management plan. The group aims for sustainable management by identifying nine key issues across three areas: environment, society, and governance, with established policies and KPIs for each issue. This approach aims to realize a sustainable society through dialogue with stakeholders.
