株式分割に関する基準日設定公告

This document announces that Home Position Co., Ltd. has resolved to split its common stock from one share into two shares, effective May 18, 2022. The record date for determining shareholders entitled to receive the split shares is set for May 17, 2022. Shareholders recorded in the final shareholder registry on that date will be eligible for the allocation. Additionally, in accordance with the stock split, the total number of authorized shares will be increased by 9,180,000 shares, resulting in a total of 18,360,000 shares, along with an amendment to the company's articles of incorporation.
