This document announces that Amita Holdings Co., Ltd. signed a memorandum of understanding with Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Ltd. on November 18, 2022, regarding the impact assessment partnership for the 'MEGURU STATION®' project. Through this partnership, both companies will collaboratively conduct impact assessments to visualize the social, environmental, and economic impacts of the 'MEGURU STATION®'. The initiative aims to create a logic model, identify key impacts, evaluate performance, and set goals to accelerate the project's development. The completion of the logic model is targeted for December, along with the promotion of collaborative projects.
