This document outlines the Terms of Service for all services provided by Visumo Inc. It defines usage conditions between the company (Provider) and users (Clients). Key provisions include: contract formation via purchase orders, notification methods via email or website, unilateral modification rights with 7-day objection period, service termination grounds, and payment terms specified in individual contracts. The Provider may suspend or discontinue services without prior notice for maintenance, system failures, disasters, or technical emergencies. Extensive liability exemptions apply to software failures, hardware issues, domain/DNS problems, and user notification failures. The service is provided "as-is" without warranties regarding functionality, security, or fitness for purpose, and the Provider bears no responsibility for damages arising from service use.
