This document presents the consolidated financial results for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending February 2020 for Adastria Co., Ltd. The sales amounted to 51.392 billion yen, a decrease of 4.9% compared to the same period last year. Operating profit was 1.278 billion yen, down 66.6%, and ordinary profit was 1.358 billion yen, down 65.1%. The net profit attributable to shareholders was 239 million yen, a significant decrease of 95.4%. While overseas sales increased by 44.8%, domestic sales fell by 7.5%, primarily due to poor sales of summer products introduced in mid-April.
