This page describes three regulatory reform systems provided by the Digital Agency. These include the "New Business Exemption System" and "Gray Zone Resolution System" established under the Industry Competitiveness Enhancement Act (2014), and the "New Technology Demonstration System (Regulatory Sandbox)" under the Productivity Enhancement Measures Act (2018). The New Business Exemption System grants regulatory exemptions on a company basis, the Gray Zone Resolution System allows advance confirmation of regulatory applicability, and the New Technology Demonstration System verifies innovative technologies like AI and IoT through demonstrations. Currently, no implementation results are reported for these systems.
