This document is a report on the consolidated financial results for the second quarter of the fiscal year ending July 2020 for Inaba Manufacturing Co., Ltd. For the cumulative period ending January 31, 2020, the sales amounted to 16,467 million yen, an increase of 4.1% compared to the same period last year, and operating profit was 635 million yen, up 8.3%. However, ordinary profit decreased to 741 million yen, down 5.5%, and net profit attributable to shareholders was 441 million yen, down 8.6%. While the domestic economy shows a gradual recovery, concerns about global economic slowdown and trade friction persist. Despite a challenging business environment, efforts are being made to reduce manufacturing costs and improve quality to expand business performance.
