フジッコ株式会社のFB Food Service株式取得に関するお知らせ

This document reports that Fujicco Co., Ltd. has completed the acquisition of shares in FB Food Service (2017) Co., Ltd. in Thailand, thereby making it a subsidiary. The share acquisition was finalized on November 3, 2025, and FB Food Service has become a consolidated subsidiary of Fujicco. Additionally, a holding company, FUJICCO FOODS ASIA CO., LTD., was established on December 8, 2025, and has acquired all shares of FB Food Service. The business of FB Food Service involves the manufacturing and wholesale of food products for business use, with a capital of 327 million baht. Looking ahead, the performance of both companies is expected to be consolidated starting from the fiscal year ending March 2026.
