This page announces the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's initiative to implement building LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) for government facilities. As of May 16, 2025, the ministry announced the start of pilot calculations and reduction studies of lifecycle carbon emissions from material manufacturing through demolition.
