The survey aimed to effectively regulate abuse of superior bargaining positions under the Antimonopoly Law. A written survey was conducted on 30,000 shippers and 40,000 logistics operators, with on-site investigations of 19 suspected shippers. As a result, caution letters were sent to 641 shippers. The main problematic practices identified were unjustified changes to service details (47.6%), payment delays (21.8%), and price reductions (12.5%).
