This page reports the Fair Trade Commission's investigation results on transactions between shippers and logistics operators announced on May 25, 2022. The survey aimed to effectively regulate abuse of superior bargaining positions under the Antimonopoly Law. A written survey was conducted on 30,000 shippers and 40,000 logistics operators, with on-site investigations of 19 suspected shippers. As a result, caution letters were sent to 641 shippers. The main problematic practices identified were unjustified changes to service details (47.6%), payment delays (21.8%), and price reductions (12.5%).
