This page announces a meeting of the Social Capital整備審議会 River Division scheduled for March 18, 2025. The committee will conduct the second review of river basin management policies for three river systems: Teshio River (Hokkaido), Kuji River (Fukushima, Ibaraki, Tochigi), and Naka River (Fukushima, Ibaraki, Tochigi), considering climate change impacts. The meeting will be held in hybrid format and publicly streamed via web. Those wishing to observe must register by March 17 at 3 PM via email. Meeting materials and minutes will be published on the MLIT website.
